I decide to cut the bottom of a celery stock and place it into some water.I saw this pin all over Pinterest and some people just let the celery grow out in water, but I decide to plant mine. I filled any empty cream cheese container half way with water. A couple days later my celery started to grow.

Here is the celery maybe 3 days after I placed it into some water. |
I waited a week before planting it into dirt.First I trimmed the outer pieces of the celery leaving just the new growth.Second I filled any eight inch pot with soil then added a tablespoon of epsom salt to the whole.Third I placed the celery in the hole and filled it up with soil.Last I watered the celery and sit back and let it do its work.
