Breakneck By Erica Spindler
A remorseless killer.A string of innocent,clean-cut victims.Detectives M.C. Riggio and Kitt Lundgren must race against a cold-blooded predator who moves at breakneck speed.Hot on the heels of their last case, partners M.C. and Kitt, detectives in the police department's Violent Crimes Bureau, are called out to a college student's apartment where a young man was murdered in his sleep. The trail seems cold until another victim is found and then another...each on striking closer to home for M.C..The case starts to take a toll on M.C.'s personal life and setting her on edge with her partner (off of the inside jacket). This is a great book for adults and lovers of a good murder read. The chapters where short but full of information and the writing style had a great flow to it.This book showed love for family and friends and the lints people take to help their family. This book has 342 pages and 85 chapters.I give this book 5 stars.
