Kaba cupcakes

On November 6,2011 was Eid Al-Adah.For those of you who don't know Eid Al-Adah is one of the Muslim holidays.Eid Al-Adah is about hajj and sacrifice;you sacrifice a sheep, lambs, and camel. The sacrifice of a sheep i most popular.I was asked to make cupcakes for a picnic that was on  Tuesday.I wanted to make cupcake toppers that represented Eid Al-Adah.I planed on making little sheep's and Kaba's ,but the sheep's did not work out so I ended up just making Kaba's.I'm going to share with you all some pictures I took and my inspiration. For those of you who are Muslim let me know what kinds of sweets you baked for Eid.I'll be more than happy to know.Bye for now

My inspiration

The Kaba's are made out of fondant.I placed a thin whit strap of fondant across the top.I used Wilton sparkling gel to make the doors and other decorations.
I baked 92 cupcakes and used 68 for the picnic.I made chocolate mint sprinkle and butter sprinkle flavor.

I just piped vanilla butter cream on top and placed my topper on.
